Chris Ericson has extensive finance, accounting and public company reporting experience. Prior to his appointment as Red Cat’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Ericson served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since March 2025. Previously, Mr. Ericson was the Head of Finance and Accounting at Western Steel Buildings, where he played a pivotal role in scaling financial operations and optimizing compliance and governance structures to support rapid business growth. Mr. Ericson’s experience also includes 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and senior finance roles at Nu Skin Enterprises, where he served as Chief Audit Executive, VP of Business Development, and VP of Finance for its agriculture technology division. Mr. Ericson is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Master of Accountancy degree and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University.

Christian Morrison is a seasoned finance executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience guiding organizations through high-stakes financial milestones, including IPOs, M&A transactions, divestitures, and major business transformations. His expertise spans financial strategy, risk management, SEC reporting, forecasting, and global tax compliance. Mr. Morrison brings deep cross-industry experience in consumer electronics, e-commerce, retail, gaming, health-care manufacturing, and media.
Prior to his appointment as the Company’s CFO, he served as VP of Finance, Controller, and Interim CFO at Skullcandy Inc. (ticker: SKUL), where he played a pivotal role in the strategic transition from public to private. He also helped establish Varex Imaging Inc. (ticker: VREX) as a publicly traded company. Mr. Morrison’s experience also includes 7 years at Ernst and Young in the Assurance practice in the Las Vegas and Dallas offices. Mr. Morrison is a certified public accountant and has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University – Hawaii Campus.

Mitch McDonald is an engineering-trained executive with an MBA, currently serving as President of Teal Drones. He brings deep expertise in engineering-led operations, advanced manufacturing, and global supply chain management across aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.
He has successfully led multi-site production operations, managed full P&Ls up to $200 million, and driven turnarounds through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and advanced manufacturing systems. Mitch excels at scaling high-performance teams that consistently beat financial, quality, and delivery goals—balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Rachel Erb, Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Red Cat Holdings, brings extensive experience in the drone industry, including her previous role as Director of Customer Business Operations at AeroVironment. With a strong background in business operations and a deep understanding of unmanned systems, Rachel excels at building and streamlining processes, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Her expertise supports Red Cat’s mission to deliver advanced drone solutions for military, government, and commercial applications.
Committed to empowering the warfighter, Rachel has played a key role in expanding Red Cat’s reach by designing and implementing Sales Enablement processes, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities across the company. Under her leadership, the company continues to develop and provide mission-critical technology that enhances situational awareness, surveillance, and operational effectiveness.

Sam Pelletier is Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Red Cat Holdings.
Sam is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a diverse background in sales, operations, accounting and finance. Sam spent 7 years in sales and operational roles for a consumer product company and then pivoted his career to accounting and finance. Sam spent time in public accounting with a top 10 international accounting firm where he focused on auditing public and private companies in industries such as consumer products, financial leasing and technology. Prior to joining the team in January of 2024 as Corporate Controller, Sam spent about four years at a consumer product company that is publicly traded. Sam’s expertise spans financial reporting, inventory management, internal controls, audit coordination and general expertise in public company financial management.
VP, Tech and Innovation (Special Programs)

Jason brings a distinguished multidisciplinary background shaped by his service in the Air Force and Joint Special Operations Command, where he honed his expertise in aviation and network/system engineering. Following his transition to civilian life, he continued to drive innovation at the United States Army Special Operations Command. There, he was instrumental in establishing the Army Special Operations Robotics Division (ASORD), where he led the development of advanced robotic capabilities and their seamless integration into complex operational environments.
In January 2024, Jason joined Red Cat as Director of Special Programs, focusing on next-generation technologies and fostering innovation through the Red Cat Futures Initiative.
VP, Policy and Strategy

Paul is currently the Vice President for Policy and Strategy at Red Cat Holdings, where he oversees all of Red Cat’s policy engagement on national security policy, legislative affairs, supply chain policy, and federal funding issues. Paul represents the company in Washington, D.C., coordinating with government and industry to ensure the commercial success of the U.S. drone manufacturing industry. He also leads the company’s long-term strategic engagements, including on efforts to expand Red Cat’s market access and identify new opportunities for revenue drivers.
Previously, Paul was a semiconductor industry specialist at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he worked on semiconductor supply chains, inbound investment, and national security. In this role, he was selected by the Secretary of Commerce to receive a gold medal, the highest form of honorary recognition bestowed by the Department of Commerce, for his efforts in helping to secure billions of dollars of critical investments in the United States by Taiwanese semiconductor companies. Previously, he worked as an international trade analyst at the Department of Commerce focusing on tariff and trade policy for U.S. manufacturers. Paul graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations.
